And Then There Were Two

Final Week Of The Season
Fantasy Bowl XII includes the defending champion Peeps versus the team that has been in first place all season, the Headbangers. The Peeps won Fantasy Bowl IX and Fantasy Bowl XI and are trying to repeat for the first time since the Pollacks did it back in 1999. "Anytime you have a chance to win the Fantasy Bowl, I think you can't complain about the way your season has turned out. To try to win it back to back, defending your title, I think is very special also." Scott said in a recent interview. This is the Headbangers first ever appearance in the Fantasy Bowl.

This game was to feature a wide receiver Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers versus Steve Smith of the New York Giants matchup, but the Peeps' Steve Smith broke his arm last week in the execution of the Bald Eagles, and will not be able to play in this year's Fantasy Bowl. "Of course I'm upset. I've been on this team for the last 5 years now, and want to be out there to defend our title. Not only that, I wanted to show Steve Smith (the second) who the original Steve Smith is." Smith said after the Bald Eagles ass kicking. Calvin Johnson was drafted by the Headbangers but is now on the Peeps after some trades later in the season. As were the San Diego Chargers, drafted by the Peeps, but now are on the Headbangers. Both could be used against each other this weekend. Adrian Peterson was the consensus top pick in all of Fantasy Football, but Chris Johnson has made a case for that spot now. Which player is number one? We will find out this weekend.
